Caravex rules

What this site is
Caravex is an unofficial fan site about the Albion Online economy (Europe server). It is not affiliated with Sandbox Interactive. Albion Online is a trademark of its owner.
The Players' Market lets you publish lots and talk to other players. The trade itself happens in the game through the trade window: the site does not hold items or silver and does not guarantee a deal.
Forbidden
Real-money trading (RMT): selling or buying silver, items or accounts for real money, and any mention of it.
Fraud, fake lots, items you do not have, prices meant to mislead.
Links in lots and messages, advertising, spam, insults, threats, other people's personal data.
Multi-accounting: several accounts to bypass limits, a ban or a Players' Market restriction, or to report and like on your own behalf. Bots and automated requests.
Getting around any restriction or ban in any other way.
Lots
A lot is items in one city: up to 30 slots, one slot is one stack as in the game. A lot is either selling (the price is what you ask per item) or buying (the price is what you will pay per item; the conversation is started by the player who wants to sell to you). A listed lot lives 24 hours. After that it stays in “My lots” as expired and can be listed again.
Limits per player (selling and buying together): 3 listed lots at once, 7 listed lots and drafts together, 20 new listings per 24 hours. A draft without changes is deleted after 14 days.
A Discord account younger than 7 days can only browse.
Market prices shown next to lots are for reference only: they come from the prices the site sees and can be outdated. Check the price in the game before trading.
Moderation
Players can report lots and messages. Lots may be hidden by a moderator or automatically after several reports.
You can report a player you have talked to (the conversation has messages from both of you): a fake post, refusing to trade at the listed price, or something else. You can like such a player too (one like from each player, it can be removed) once your account on the site is older than 7 days.
Moderation can close a player's access to the Players' Market (listing lots, writing in conversations, changing "About me", likes and reports about players) for a while or forever. Deleting the account does not lift it: it passes to a new account with the same Discord. Such a decision can be appealed to a moderator once; if a moderator extends it, it can be appealed once more. Other moderation decisions are final.
Deleting your account while your access to the Players' Market is closed means giving up the appeal: the restriction stays on the new account with the same Discord and cannot be appealed there.
Fake lots (an item you do not have, a price that is not real, a lot “just for show”) and refusing to trade at the price you listed yourself are a reason for a report and for restrictions: from hiding the lot and closing access to the Players' Market up to a ban.
Moderators see a player's report history — reports about the player and reports the player filed — and how they ended.
Abusing reports is forbidden: mass, false or “ordered” reports, reports from several accounts. Such reports stop counting, and the reporter gets restrictions up to a ban.
For breaking the rules: a ban for 1 day, 7 days or forever. A ban closes access to the whole site.
Responsibility
The site does not take part in deals and is not responsible for them: a deal happens in the game through the trade window, at your own risk. The site does not return lost items or silver and does not settle disputes about deals; moderation can only restrict a player who breaks the rules.
The site is not responsible for in-game losses or for the accuracy of market prices.
Changes to the rules
The rules can change. When their meaning changes, the site asks you to read and accept them again; until then the Players' Market is closed to you.
