Where to sell resources in Albion Online: cities compared
You have goods sitting in a chest. The site shows where and how to sell them so that you keep more silver.

Why you need it
After buying or gathering in Albion Online there is always something left. And it is not clear what is better: sell into a buy order right here, place your own sell order, or haul it to another city. The gap can be big.
You pick the item, the quantity and the city where it is. Caravex shows a table by city. It has the silver you keep if you sell instantly and the silver you keep with a sell order. It also says how many zone hops away the city is and how many days the market usually takes to buy up such a batch. On top there is a short verdict: sell now, or you can wait.
How to use it
Pick an item
By name or by category, like on the in-game marketplace.
Enter the quantity and the city
The city is where the goods are right now.
Press “Where to sell”
A table by city shows up. The better way to sell is marked in each row.
Compare and decide
The site shows how much silver another city adds. Whether that is worth the trip is up to you.
What the site counts
- Market tax of 4% with Premium or 8% without.
- The fee for your own sell order: 2.5%. The game takes it up front.
- Whether buy orders are enough. If they do not cover the whole batch, the site says how many units they take.
- Batch weight and your mount. Whether the goods fit into one trip.
- The usual price for a week and for a month. It shows whether the price is low right now.
- How many zone hops it is to each city.
What we don’t promise
- That your order sells. It can sit longer than usual.
- That the price rises if you wait. It can fall as well.
- That gear gets wait-or-sell advice. It has little history, so the site only shows current prices.

Which is better: sell instantly or place an order?
An order usually pays more. But it costs 2.5% and it can sit. The site shows both amounts side by side.
What does “the price is falling, holding is risky” mean?
Recent sales went well below the usual price. Waiting at such a moment is dangerous.
Does the site count the road?
Yes. Every city shows the number of zone hops. The order of rows depends on both the gain and the distance.
